William "Bill" Oakley, 84, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away November 1, 2021, at his home.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Amy Badham; his parents, Carlos and Maggie Oakley; two sisters, Mesia Riggs and Emily Pollard; and one brother-in-law, Bill Riggs.

Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Carol Strother Oakley; one son, Bill Oakley; one stepson, Matt Dossett and his wife, Stephanie; seven grandchildren, Josh Oakley, Matt Oakley, Rachel Stumbler, Joseph Badham, Will Badham, Daniel Badham, and Jacob Badham; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; nieces and nephews.

Per Bill's wishes, there will be no service.

Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
