William "Bill" C. Williams, 88, of Henderson, Kentucky, died Sunday, February 26, 2017, at Redbanks.

After retiring from Alcan, he enjoyed his many hobbies especially model airplanes and amateur radio.  Bill's greatest pleasure was seeing his great-grandchildren join the family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William S. Williams and Lela Howard Williams.

Survivors include his wife of 68 years, Mary Janet; three children, Jo Anne Williams of Louisville, Kentucky, Michael Williams of Henderson County, Kentucky, and Patricia Kushino and her husband, Brett, of Northbrook, Illinois; two grandchildren, Justin Williams and his wife, Kristi, and Sean Williams and his wife, Erica; and four great-grandchildren, Dagen, Tayten, Merrick, and Hannah Williams.

A private family graveside service will be held at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

There will be no visitation.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony's Hospice or a favorite charity.
