Brenda Sue Tillman, 84, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Deaconess Henderson Hospital.

She was born in Munfordville, Kentucky, on May 14, 1941, to the late Emmitt Arvel and Eloise Presley Brown.  In addition to being a homemaker, Sue was a real estate agent and retired from Bakers, Food and Allied Workers Union.  She loved to play cards and go to the casino with her sisters.  Sue loved her family unconditionally.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Nestor R. Tillman; two sons, Kenneth R. Tillman and Gregory D. Tillman; and one brother, Armon Brown.

Survivors include her daughter, Shawn Royster and her husband, Michael, of Henderson, Kentucky; two sisters, Mary Kuhman of Louisville, Kentucky, and Ruth Bishop of Shepherdsville, Kentucky; two brothers, David Brown of Louisville, Kentucky, and Wendell Brown of Munfordville, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Kenneth Nestor Tillman, Randall Grimm, Brandaly Royster, and Tori Todd and her husband, Casey, all of Henderson, Kentucky; six great-grandchildren, Korbyn Watson, Kash Dossett, Presley Todd, Drew Sutton, and Hilton Todd; nieces and nephews.

There will be a family memorial service in Louisville, Kentucky, and a private graveside service.
