Shaun Michelle Ross Owens, 54, of Owensboro, Kentucky, formerly of Henderson, Kentucky, ended her journey on earth at 7:12 p.m. Friday, January 26, 2018, at her home.

She was a member of the Emmaus Community.  She attended Mt. St. Joseph Academy for three years and graduated from Henderson County High School and the University of Southern Indiana.  Shaun worked as a registered nurse at Brentwood Springs and was the previous Director of Nursing at CORE, having been voted Nurse of the Year at both facilities.  She loved empowering women through her Mary Kay business.  She was also active in the recovery community.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Sandra Sue Lewis Ross, and her father, Robert Bethel Ross.

Survivors include one son, Zac Crider of Owensboro, Kentucky; one daughter, Brendi Owens of Henderson, Kentucky; two brothers, Edward "Dub" Ross of Spottsville, Kentucky, and Robert Ross of Cincinnati Ohio; her grandmother, Delores Parker Lewis of Henderson, Kentucky; aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews.

Services will be at noon Tuesday at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church.  Father Anthony J. Shonis will officiate.  Burial will be in St. Louis Cemetery.

Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday and until 11 a.m. Tuesday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home where prayers will be said at 6 p.m. Monday.

Pallbearers will be Edward "Dub" Ross, Robert Ross, Bryan Thrasher, Kevin Thrasher, K.C. Crider, Steve Coomes, and Herbert Lewis.
