Polly Ann Ellis Lambert, 69, of Henderson, passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at Henderson Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born in Henderson, Kentucky, on December 5, 1952, to the late John and Mary Ellis.  Polly was a 1970 graduate of Henderson County High School and received her nursing degree from Henderson Community College.  She was a loving wife and mother.  Polly was also a Kentucky Colonel and loved to travel.

Survivors include her husband of 35 years, John Philip Lambert; three children, Craig Alan Lambert and his wife, Jessica, of New Albany, Indiana, John Allen Lambert and his wife, Nicole, of Newburgh, Indiana, and Chad Edward Lambert and his wife, Ashley, of Owensboro, Kentucky; and six grandchildren.

Services will be at noon Monday, October 24, 2022, at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Fernwood Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Monday, October 24, 2022, at the funeral home.
