Phillip Wade Duncan, 53, of Henderson, Kentucky, formerly of Waterloo, Iowa, died Thursday, June 30, 2016.
He was a Gulf War U.S. Navy veteran having served 10 years as an electronics technician.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald W. Duncan and his mother, Wilma Duncan Stewart.
Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Donna Porter Duncan; one daughter, Sarah Ferguson (Devin) of Waterloo, Iowa; two sons, Zachary Duncan of Evansville, Indiana, and Ryan Duncan (Rachael) of Waterloo, Iowa; one brother, Gerald "Sonny" Duncan of Henderson, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Riley and Raiden Duncan; nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home. The Reverend Alan Chamness will officiate.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
