Peggy Ann Nunn Fitzgerald, 71, of Evansville, Indiana, formerly of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away Monday, March 13, 2017, at her home with her beloved husband.

Our beloved Peggy was born in Henderson, Kentucky, on November 27, 1945, to late Wade Washington Nunn and Lattie Wood Hollander.  She retired from Ellis Park where she worked as a mutual clerk for many years.  Peggy enjoyed vacationing at the ocean, spending time with her family, planting flowers, and collecting crystal and jewelry.  She also loved animals, especially her dog, Mia.

She was preceded in death by daughter, Dena Owens.

Survivors include her husband of 25 years, David Fitzgerald; one son, Tony Goodley of Sheridan, Wyoming; one sister, Bernadine Fulcher of Henderson, Kentucky; one brother, Ronald Nunn of Henderson, Kentucky; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home in Henderson, Kentucky. The Reverend Ron Gates will officiate.  Entombment will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson, Kentucky.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday and until service time Friday at the funeral home.
