Patricia McDonald Smith, 96, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at St. Anthony's Hospice Lucy Smith King Care Center.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas "Bud" Smith; one daughter, Sharon Smith Kirkwood; and one grandson, Tim Kirkwood.

Survivors include two daughters, Raini Smith Hall and her husband, Jeff, of Henderson, Kentucky, and Fran Smith Moore and her husband, Doug, of Evansville, Indiana; three grandchildren, Tracie Kirkwood Moore of Olympia, Washington, Ashley Smith of Nashville, Tennessee, and Thane Moore of Reno, Nevada; and five great-grandchildren.

A private memorial service will be at a later date.

There will be no visitation.

Contributions may be made to St. Anthony's Hospice.
