Myrna Sanford Ford, 86, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2023.

She was born on January 30, 1937, in Batesville, Mississippi, to the late Cecil and Doris Sanford.  Myrna was an avid golfer and bridge player and loved UK basketball.  She was a member of Chapel Hill Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Robert "Sonny" Sanford; one son-in-law, Donald Nardozzi; and one grandson, Matthew Nardozzi.

Survivors include her husband  66 years, Lloyd "Sonny" Ford; three children, Angela Nardozzi of Batesville, Mississippi, Andy Ford of Henderson, Kentucky, and Merre Kay Scott and her husband, Dennis, of Henderson, Kentucky; one sister, Patsy Howell of Overland Park, Kansas; two grandchildren, Jason Weed (Macy) and Brant Ford; two great-grandchildren, Brianna Weed and Chance Weed; and nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 2, 2023, at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home.  The Reverend Rick Nollmann will officiate.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to service time Saturday at the funeral home.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, December 4, 2023, at Batesville-Magnolia Cemetery in Batesville, Mississippi.
