Mary Alves Eblen, 43, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, August 15, 2026, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, Indiana.

She was born in Henderson, Kentucky, on April 27, 1983, to the late Patricia "Patty" and Ronald "Ronnie" Eblen.  She was a 2001 graduate of Henderson County High School.  Mary loved God, her family at Bright Life Farms, and her extended family.  She also enjoyed calling and sending cards to her family and many friends.  Mary loved going to dinner with her former teachers and their husbands, Sandy Judd and Debbie Hoffman.  She put her whole heart into everything she did, including leading the choir at Bright Life Farms, being a Teacher's Aide, and sharing the fruits of her garden labors.  Mary loved her pets, Oreo and Ferdinand, and loved to tease and play pranks.  She adored caffeine and desserts.  Above all, Mary was loved.

Survivors include aunts and uncles, including her caretakers, Pam and Glenn Hazelwood of Henderson, Kentucky; and cousins.

A private family service will be held.

A memorial service will also be held in Princeton, Kentucky.
