Mary Lou Bunch Connolly, 93, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away Friday, September 27, 2024, at her home.

She was born in Henderson County, Kentucky, on June 13, 1931, to the late Otto Bunch and Paralee Gish Pride.  Mary Lou was an avid UK basketball fan and a bird and wildlife enthusiast.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Jerry Allen Connolly; her daughter, Stephanie Anne Connolly; and her brother, Oscar O. Bunch, Jr.

Survivors include nieces and a nephew, Susan H. Bailey, T. Neil Heppler and his wife, Susan, Sara Duckworth and her husband, William, and Jonathan G. Van Winkle; and great-nephews, Ben Heppler, Will Heppler, Tom Heppler, Paul Duckworth, and Grant Duckworth.

Private family services and burial will be held.
