Mary Frances Alles, 96, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away at 8:18 a.m. Monday, October 2, 2017, at her home.

She was a lifelong and faithful member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church.  She was born October 31, 1920, in Henderson, Kentucky, to the late Jacob and Rose Alles.  Mary Frances was part owner of Alles Brothers Furniture where she worked until she was in her 90's.  She loved dogs and crocheting.  She was a very soft spoken and humble person who was generous to many people, organizations, and groups.  Mary Frances was much loved and will be missed by her brother, Herman, friends, caregivers, and all who were close to her.

Survivors include her brother whom she adored, Herman Alles of Henderson, Kentucky; and several Alles cousins in Evansville, Indiana, and Mt. Vernon, Indiana, including Charles and Jackie Alles and their children and grandchildren.

Services will be at noon Wednesday at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church.  Father Larry McBride will officiate.  Burial will be in St. Louis Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church.

Contributions may be made to Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church or Humane Society of Henderson County.

Pallbearers will be John Sides, Steve Martin, Mike Hagan, Charles Krampe, Gary Alles, and Zach Martin.
