Linda Critser Winstead, 76, of Henderson, Kentucky, died at 5:27 a.m. Wednesday, August 24, 2016, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, Indiana.

Linda worked as a beautician for 30 years and also worked as a private sitter for the elderly. Linda enjoyed music and gardening.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Palmer Critser, who died September 25, 2000; and her parents, William Lee and Kathleen Jewell Springer Martin.

Survivors include her husband, Bobby G. Winstead; one son, Kenny Critser and his wife, Tresia, of Henderson, Kentucky; one sister, Norma Cates of Lexington, Kentucky; one brother, Eugene Martin of Georgia; one granddaughter, Lindsey Critser; nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home. The Reverend Mary M. Wrye will officiate.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.
