Keith Alan Harpole, 71, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.

He was born in Henderson, Kentucky, on March 14, 1953, to the late George and Marion Harpole. Keith was Director of Transportation Planning at GRADD in Owensboro, Kentucky, where he had worked for more than 30 years.  He was also an active member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church where he served as a lector, usher, and eucharistic minister.  Keith also was active in Knights of Columbus where he was a Fourth Degree Knight having served as Grand Knight and Treasurer.  Keith was an avid golfer and volunteered with Chemo Buddies.  He also delivered meals and communion to the homebound.  Most of all, Keith enjoyed serving as a taxi driver for his grandchildren, taking them to and from school and extracurricular activities.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Emily Donette Harpole; and two brothers, George "Eddie" Harpole and Roger Harpole.

Survivors include three children, Father Ryan Harpole of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Christopher Harpole and his wife, Michelle, of Henderson, Kentucky, and Jill Rawley and her husband, Philip, of Henderson, Kentucky; one sister, Kim Murphy of Henderson, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Reese Rawley, Blake Harpole, Bryce Harpole, Ashlyn Rawley, and Bennett Harpole; and nieces and nephews.

Services will be at noon Friday, February 21, 2025, at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church.  Father Ryan Harpole will officiate.  Burial will be in St. Peter Cemetery in Waverly, Kentucky.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, February 20, 2025, at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home.
