Harold "Don" Allen, 86, Henderson, went to be with the Lord at 9:24 a.m. Friday, May 20, 2016, at his home.

He was a member of Life in Abundance Church in Evansville. Don was an ordained minister and a lifelong farmer in Henderson. He was also a Korean War U.S. Air Force veteran.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Aiko Nakashima Allen, who died March 14, 2002.

Survivors include four daughters, Emily Green of Newburgh, Dr. Anna Allen-Armendariz of El Paso, Texas, Teresa Eddmenson of Madisonville, and Elizabeth Tei Camacho of Irvin, California; two sons, Dr. Mark Allen and Matthew Allen, both of Henderson; two sisters, Jean Halbert of St. Petersburg, Florida, and Sue Baylor of New Albany, Indiana; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home. The Reverend Gene Hayden and the Reverend Tracy Hayden will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens with full military rites performed by American Legion Worsham Post No. 40.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
