Ellen Moseley Fulcher, 95, of Henderson, Kentucky, born on December 5, 1920, passed to her next and eternal life on Wednesday, September 28, 2016, at St. Anthony's Hospice Lucy Smith King Care Center.

What amazing events she witnessed throughout her 95 years with us. Though she never had children of her own, all of her nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews were like her children.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Aubrey Fulcher; parents, James B. Moseley, and Ruth Gibson Moseley; one sister, Mary Elizabeth Moseley; four brothers, James B. Moseley, Jesse Moseley, John Moseley, and Robert L. "Bob" Moseley.

Survivors include two sisters, Louise Duckworth and Margaret Moseley, both of Henderson, Kentucky; two stepchildren, Shirley Eckenburger and David Fulcher; stepgrandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home. Dr. Hollis Marshall and Dr. Dean Esarey will officiate. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery in Poole, Kentucky.

Visitations will be from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
