Dwayne "Denny" Diem, 78, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2024, at his home.

He was born in Oklahoma on October 24, 1946, to the late Virgil and Myril Moore Diem.  Denny enjoyed boating on the Ohio River and drag racing both cars and boats.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one grandson, Tyler Thomas DeMar.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Jo Ann Satterfield Diem; his daughter, Carrie McGinty (Eric); two granddaughters, Madalyn McGinty and Rileigh McGinty.

There will be no service or visitation.
