Daniel L. Vowels, 70, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away Friday, February 3, 2023, at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.

He was born in Morganfield, Kentucky, on March 3, 1952, to the late James Daniel and Margaret Evelyn Mills Vowels.  Daniel was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church.  He worked at Sureway in Henderson and Rexam Closures and Containers in Evansville, Indiana.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Selina Vowels; and two brothers, Donald Vowels and Jerome Vowels.

Survivors include one sister, Carolyn Marie Beauchamp of Dresden, Tennessee; two brothers, James B. Vowels and his wife, Trish, of Tell City, Indiana, and Dennis R. Vowels of Evansville, Indiana; and two nephews, Kyle Beauchamp and Greg Beauchamp.

Services will be at noon Thursday, February 9, 2023, at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church.  Father Larry McBride will officiate.  Burial will be in St. Louis Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Thursday, February 9, 2023, at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home.
