Cheryl Kay Fletcher, 74, of Henderson, Kentucky, died at 2:15 p.m. Thursday, August 23, 2018, at her home.

Along with her late husband, Pryse, Kay owned and operated S & W Rack Company.  She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Pryse Fletcher, who died October 5, 2012; her mother, Donna Karl; and her father, Marion Lawrence McClelland.

Survivors include one daughter, Debra Scott of Henderson, Kentucky; one son, Bryan Fletcher of Henderson, Kentucky; two brothers, John McClelland of Xenia, Ohio, and Mark McClelland of Chesterfield, Michigan; three grandsons; three great-granddaughters; one great-great-granddaughter; nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home.  The Reverend Alan Chamness will officiate.

Visitation will be from noon until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
