Cathy McCormick, 60, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away at 7:45 a.m. Friday, November 25, 2016, surrounded by her family.

She was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church.  Cathy was a retired nurse who loved her years of service in the NICU and Holy Name of Jesus Catholic School.  She was devoted to her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald Hugh McCormick, Sr., and Patricia Biggs McCormick; and her brother, Donald "Hugh" McCormick, Jr.

Survivors include two daughters, Andrea Rowland and Carly Funk, both of Henderson, Kentucky; two sons, Adam McCormick Funk of West Palm Beach, Florida, and Joey Funk and his wife, Meghann, of Evansville, Indiana; one sister, Elizabeth Waldrop of Cullman, Alabama; one sister-in-law, Tina McCormick of Henderson, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Haydnn Funk, Hallie Funk, Miller Funk, Adam Funk, Jr., and Victoria Funk; nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles; and cousins.

Services will be at noon Monday at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church.  Father Larry McBride will officiate.  Private family burial will be in Fernwood Cemetery.

Visitation will be noon to 6 p.m. Sunday and until 11 a.m. Monday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home where prayers will be said at 4:30 p.m. Sunday.

Contributions may be made to St. Anthony's Hospice.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Haynes, Mark Biggs, Scott McCormick, Hal Ray McCormick, Derek Shelton, and Jeff Tippy.
