Betty "Bet" Cohron, of Henderson, went to be with the Lord, Friday, June 23, 2017.  She was at St. Anthony's Hospice Lucy Smith King Care Center.

She was a member of First Baptist Church.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, James Fred Cohron, Jr.; her parents, Minnie and Monroe Farley; and one grandson, Matthew Aubrey Cohron.

Survivors include her children, Janet Gill, Cheryl Sutton, and James Fred Cohron, III; one sister, Ruth Cavanaugh; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Mom was a beloved wife to Dad, an amazing mother to us children, a doting grandma, and great-grandma, and an amazing Christian woman who will live in our hearts always.

Private family services will be held.  Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery.
