Barbara Jean Barr, 84, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at Deaconess Henderson Hospital.

She was born February 13, 1940, in Christian County, Kentucky, to the late Walter and Sarah Margaret Norman.  Barbara was an active member of Henderson's senior community and a lifelong member of the Church of Christ.  Barbara enjoyed traveling having visited all 50 states with her late husband, Jerry.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Jerry Leon Barr; her parents, Walter T. and Sarah Margaret Norman; and her three siblings, Aubrey Elkins, Jerry Norman, and Tommy Norman.

Survivors include four daughters, Vicki Trimble and her husband, Bruce, Deborah Westfall and her husband, Ezra, Tamara Barr, and Jerri Logan; one son, Gary Rzepka; 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, January 4, 2025, at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home.  David Salisbury will officiate.  Private burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Gary Rzepka, Bruce Trimble, Matthew Miller, Levi Logan, Randy Norman, and Ezra Westfall.
